內容簡介 古琴製作雅稱「斲琴」，意即把木削劈成琴器。前代文人的斲琴藝術由浙派琴家徐文鏡帶到香港，傳授「蔡福記」樂器廠少東蔡昌壽，並衍生了蔡昌壽斲琴學會，續以口傳心授的方式將技藝傳揚。古琴藝術（斲琴技藝）於2014年列入第四批國家級非物質文化遺產代表性項目名錄。本書詳述斲琴的歷史、技藝和傳承情況，如細述琴的結構、斲琴的九個工序「尋、斲、挖、鑲、合、灰、磨、漆、絃」。書裏也記錄了蔡昌壽學生的學琴故事，當中既見斲琴人的琴心，亦全面反映蔡昌壽斲琴藝術的內涵。
作者介紹
作者介紹 黃良喜教授，出生於新加坡，2004年美國羅格斯大學博士畢業，現為香港浸會大學文學及社會科學院（語言及文化學部）英國語言文學系教授。
