林明理〈1961-〉，臺灣雲林縣人，法學碩士、美國世界文化藝術學院榮譽文學博士，曾任教於大學，詩人評論家，著有詩集，散文、詩歌評論等文學專著41本、包含義大利合著的譯詩集，作品發表於報刊及學術期刊等已逾兩千五百篇。
