作者介紹 Shoukei MatsumotoShoukei Matsumoto is a Buddhist monk at the Komjoji Temple in Tokyo. He was ordained in 2003 in Jodo Shinshu, a school of Pure Land Buddhism, and is the founder of Virtual Temple "HIGANJI", one of the most popular websites for Buddhists in Japan. He has published more than five books in Japanese, with A Monk's Guide to a Clean House and Mind translated into over fifteen languages. He was nominated as a member of Young Global Leaders 2013 at the World Economic Forum.
