作者介紹
La Dra. Sara Teller es física y doctora en Neurociencia por la Universidad de Barcelona. Coautora de El cerebro de la gente feliz (Grijalbo, 2021) y autora de Neurocuídate (Aguilar, 2023), comenzó su carrera como investigadora en el ámbito de la Neurociencia y Redes Complejas y hoy se dedica a la divulgación científica. Ha impartido cursos sobre ansiedad, mujer, yoga y cerebro, y su formación como bailarina y profesora de yoga la ayuda a transmitir la ciencia de una manera cercana y práctica.
Ferran Cases (Barcelona, 1984) es escritor y conferenciante, divulgador experto en ansiedad. Graduado en Ciencias Audiovisuales, sufrió ataques de ansiedad de joven y, a los veintiún años, una parálisis corporal lo impulsó a investigar cómo se supera la ansiedad desde un enfoque práctico. Fundó Bye Bye Ansiedad, desde donde junto a su equipo de psicólogos ha ayudado a miles de personas. Autor de varios best sellers, lleva su mensaje también al teatro con el monólogo Bye Bye Ansiedad (humor, psicología, neurociencia y filosofía práctica), con el que ha llenado salas en Barcelona y Madrid.規格
