作者介紹
Ana Garriga Espino se doctoró en 2017 en Literatura Española por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid con una tesis titulada Teresa de Jesús en el laberinto de sus cartas bajo la dirección de José Teruel Benavente y la co-dirección de Emilie L. Bergmann (Universidad de Berkeley, California, Estados Unidos), por la que recibió el Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado. A lo largo del doctorado, completó su formación con estancias en la Universidad de Queen Mary (Londres) y en la Universidad de Berkeley, gracias al apoyo de una beca Fulbright (2014). Desde 2016, está realizando una segunda tesis doctoral en la Universidad de Brown (Estados Unidos) que lleva por título Oro líquido: desorden literario, discursos alquímicos y crisis económica en el Imperio de los Austrias (1616-36).
Carmen Urbita. Doctora en Estudios Hispánicos por Brown University, Carmen Urbita es investigadora especializada en cultura, literatura y escritura femenina de la Edad Moderna. Se graduó en Literatura Comparada por King's College London y obtuvo un máster en Lenguas Modernas en la Universidad de Oxford, donde estudió los escritos de la monja francesa Jeanne des Anges. Sus investigaciones exploran las prácticas de lectura y escritura, el cuerpo y la experiencia femenina en los siglos XVI y XVII. En 2020 fundó junto a Ana Garriga el pódcast Las Hijas de Felipe, uno de los proyectos de divulgación más influyentes sobre el Barroco en el ámbito hispanohablante.
