作者介紹

作者介紹 Jerry Zhu (Zhu Yining) is a Shanghai-based urban historian, author, and curator whose work explores the city's layered history through architecture and everyday spaces. He is the founder of SimpliCity, a citywalk initiative that reimagines how people experience Shanghai through curated routes connecting heritage, urban change, and daily life. He is the author of The Story of the Left Bank of Suzhou Creek and Rediscover Shanghai. With academic experience in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Berkeley, he bridges research and storytelling to offer a vivid perspective on the city's past and present.
