內容簡介 The Book of Fulfilment is Volume IVB in The Astrology of the World series, and is the companion to The Book of Periods & Epochs (Volume IVA) by Mūsā b. Nawbakht (900s AD), a traditional mundane astrologer of the 'Abbāsid period. It contains over 90 chart examples from history, illustrating how to interpret Saturn-Jupiter conjunctions, their return to the same sign (the "Sixties"), and individual conjunctions (the "Twenties"), as well as annual ingresses. Of special importance is Mūsā's constant use of profections and coordinating charts at different levels in the conjunctional hierarchy, as well as his adherence to the "Persian" theory of superior planets and the Sun. This type of interpretation shows the ebb and flow of dynasties, trust between leaders and the people, and whether the government provides safety, suitability, the proper conduct of affairs, and justice. Where this is lacking, the door is open to rebels and reformers, elite conflict, civil unrest, and wars.
