作者介紹 Caryl Flinn is Professor Emerita in the Department of Film, TV, and Media at the University of Michigan. She has written, taught, and lectured extensively on film music, film sound, German cinema, kitsch and camp, musicals, and American independent cinema--areas covered in her six books and numerous articles. Dana Polan is Martin Scorsese Professor of Cinema Studies at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He is the author of eleven books in film and media studies. He was named a Chevalier by the French government for his contributions to cross-cultural exchange. He is a former President of the Society for Cinema and Media Studies.
