作者介紹
作者介紹 Hyeyoung Lee is a children's book author and former nurse practitioner who is passionate about creating stories that promote autism awareness, empathy, and inclusion. Originally from South Korea, she moved to the United States to pursue her career in healthcare, earning her nurse practitioner degree in 2012. Her path shifted when her son was diagnosed with autism, inspiring her to focus on her family and advocate for greater understanding through storytelling. She co-authored this book with her daughter, Sophia Lee, a fourth-grade student who enjoys reading, art, and spending time with her family. Together, they create stories that reflect real-life experiences and encourage compassion in both children and adults.
