His work has been featured in print and on TV, including The New York Times and HGTV. ROBERT M. MANINGER is a professor of education at Sam Houston State University. He authored the novels Antlers and Flint. FRANK K. FAIR is Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Sam Houston State University. He coauthored Thinking Beyond the Test: Strategies for Re-Introducing Higher-Level Thinking Skills and Thinking Ahead: Engaging All Teachers in Critical Thinking.
