Gijs Van Hensbergen, de origen holandÃ(c)s y afincado en Dorset, Gran Bretaña, es profesor de arquitectura, historiador del arte, crÃ-tico gastronÃ3mico e hispanista. Ha publicado A Guide to Art Deco Style (1986), The Encyclopedia of Decorative Styles. 1850-1955, el libro de viajes A Taste of Castille (1992), Antoni GaudÃ- y Guernica: The Biography of a Twentieth-Century Icon.
