作者介紹

作者介紹 Stephen Davies is Senior Academic Fellow at the John Locke Institute. From 1979 to 2009 he was Senior Lecturer in the Department of History and Economic History at Manchester Metropolitan University, and was then Head of Education at the Institute for Economic Affairs. He writes regularly for the Daily Telegraph.
