內容簡介

Step away from the noise.

Slow your pace.

And sit on the patio with Jesus.

In a world that rarely stops moving, Sittin' On The Patio: 31 Daily Poetic Devotions to Renew Your Spirit offers a sacred invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the presence of God. Whether you find yourself literally sitting on a patio, resting in a quiet room, or carving out moments of stillness wherever you are, this devotional gently calls you into intimate fellowship with Jesus.

Written from a place of mature faith and heartfelt devotion, Sittin' On The Patio is a beautifully crafted collection of 31 daily poetic devotions, each designed to restore your soul, renew your hope, and refocus your heart on Christ. These reflections are not rushed. They are meant to be savored-like a quiet conversation with the Lord at the beginning of the day or a peaceful moment of reflection before nightfall.

Each devotion opens with Scripture and unfolds into a poetic meditation rooted deeply in God's Word. Drawing from the rich narratives of the Bible-stories of faith, obedience, perseverance, redemption, and grace-author Pat Stahl brings Scripture to life through reflective poetry that is both comforting and convicting, gentle yet powerful. Her words invite readers to listen closely for God's voice in everyday moments and to recognize His presence in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.

What makes Sittin' On The Patio especially meaningful is its thoughtful structure. Following every poetic devotion, readers are guided through a Life Application and a Confession-practical tools designed to help personalize each message, anchor it in Scripture, and live it out intentionally. These elements encourage readers not only to read God's Word but to apply it, speak it, and walk it out in daily life.

With warmth, humility, and transparency, Pat Stahl shares insights shaped by decades of faith, prayer, and walking closely with the Lord. Her writing reflects a life surrendered to Christ-one marked by trust, obedience, and a deep love for God's presence. There is no pretense here, only sincerity. Through her words, readers are invited into a quiet, sacred space where faith is nurtured, and hearts are refreshed.

This devotional is perfect for:

  • Daily quiet time or morning devotionals
  • Personal reflection and spiritual renewal
  • Readers who love Scripture, poetry, and contemplative devotionals
  • Anyone seeking peace, encouragement, and a deeper relationship with Jesus

Whether you are new to your faith or have walked with the Lord for many years, Sittin' On The Patio meets you where you are. It gently reminds you that God is near, His Word is alive, and His peace is always available to those who seek Him.

No matter where you choose to spend your time with Jesus-on a patio, at a kitchen table, or in the stillness of your heart-if you desire a deeper relationship with Christ, Sittin' On The Patio will inspire you to get there.

Sit down.

Open your Bible.

And let your soul be renewed.
