作者介紹 Rasika is a Somatic Parts Work practitioner, teacher, and founder of the Conscious Earth Institute, a New York City-based trauma-informed coaching and educational organization dedicated to guiding people on a path of healing and awakening. Her work is grounded in Internal Family Systems and integrates nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and universal spirituality to support deep healing, integration, and lasting transformation. Through her unique approach to somatic parts work, she helps people access their true nature, explore their inner world, and heal the unconscious wounds that keep them stuck--so they can return to the innate wisdom and wholeness that has always been within them.
