Beggar to Believer: Claim the Promise; Don't Chase the Possibility
BEGGAR TO BELIEVER
內容簡介
You pray. Nothing happens. You pray again. Still nothing.
And somewhere in the back of your mind, a voice whispers: Maybe God's promises are for other people. Not for you...
That voice is a lie. And Kelly K has made it his mission to expose it.
Beggar to Believer is a confrontation with the beggar mindset that keeps sincere, Bible-reading Christians living defeated lives - praying desperate prayers and secretly wondering if God is even listening. Kelly calls it the enemy's most effective strategy. Not heresy. Not immorality. Just a quiet, persistent lie about who God is and what He has promised you.
The shift begins with renewing the mind - discovering that you are not a beggar hoping God might show up, but a child of god who carries the authority of the believer and walks in a divine inheritance that has already been paid for.
This book is filled with real stories - men and women who grabbed hold of this message and watched God flip their lives upside down. From darkness to light. From shame to freedom in Christ. From powerless prayers to the kind of praying with faith that actually produces spiritual breakthrough.
In this book, you will:
- Break the beggar mindset that has been keeping your prayers powerless
- Discover your identity as a child of god and walk in the authority of a believer
- Apply faith over fear when the enemy attacks your mind, your family, or your future
- Move from victorious Christian living as a concept to a daily reality
- Experience freedom in Christ and claim the divine inheritance that has always been yours
God's promises are not for other people. They are for you. It is time to stop begging and start believing.
作者介紹
Kelly K does not look like your traditional preacher. The tattoos, earrings, and lip ring are a reminder of where he came from.
Before faith, Kelly K was part of the management team for Nickelback, Richard Marx, Stryper, Candlebox, and Wang Chung, and stage-managed the Warped Tour. He was living the life. Then, while on tour with the rock band RED, a near-death car crash changed everything. He gave up all of it and turned to Jesus - never looking back.
That backstory is not incidental. It is the reason millions of people listen to him. Kelly K has made a huge impact internationally by leveraging social media - with daily teaching videos on TikTok that capture the heart and attention of millions through his unique style of communicating the Bible. His overarching message: Watch what Jesus can do through YOU.
Today, Kelly K is a bestselling author, pastor, evangelist, and staff pastor at Limitless 405 Church in Oklahoma. He conducts a live Bible study on TikTok every morning at 9 a.m. central, reaching an audience of nearly one million followers across platforms. His books - including Tough Topics, Think About THAT for a Minute, Get Lit Stay Lit Spread It, and Reckless Love Revolution - have sold tens of thousands of copies and introduced countless readers to the kind of victorious Christian living and freedom in Christ that this book teaches.
Kelly and his wife, Lindsay, have five children and live in Oklahoma.
