He holds doctorates in biblical studies, psychology, and canon law, and a specialization in international law regarding the Church-state relationship. He serves as the official in charge of the Legal Office of the Vatican Apostolic Library, a voting member of the Historical Commission of the Dicastery of the Causes of Saints, an ad hoc judge at the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, a consultant to various Roman dicasteries and religious communities, and CEO of the Sanctuary of Culture Foundation, of the Treasures of History Foundation, and of the St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Foundation.
