Like many people, Rachel discovered the joy of baking sourdough during the pandemic, and what started as a hobby eventually turned into a true passion. Rachel’s reputation for creating beautiful, Instagram-worthy designs helped grow her audience, but she insists the designs are secondary to the joy of creating and eating amazing sourdough. Rachel resides in Ottawa, Canada with her family.
