內容簡介
內容簡介 Cultivate a deeply personal tarot practice with engaging guided practices for growth, insight, and self-understanding. Explore tarot not just as a divinatory practice, but as a communion with your inner self. Dawn Michelle encourages you to view your deck as a gateway to becoming who you are meant to be rather than a simple tool for answering questions. Using twelve extensive guided practices, plus five bonus practices, you can cultivate more authenticity and self-awareness. Each guided practice includes spreads, exercises, and journal prompts to help you go deeper with your cards. These practices cover a variety of themes from self-care to shadow work, and each one can be used over a month, culminating in a full year of guided development. This book shows you how to converse with your Higher Self, who already has all the wisdom you need.
