作者介紹 David R. SheddDavid R. Shedd 曾任美國國防情報局（DIA）副局長及代理局長。他也曾擔任國家情報總監（DNI）辦公室的幕僚長、國家安全會議（NSC）的高級主任，以及總統特別助理（負責情報事務），任職期間橫跨喬治・W・布希政府。他於日內瓦學院（Geneva College）及喬治城大學（Georgetown University）完成學業後，於 1982 年立即展開情報生涯，近三十三年間在 CIA 內外擔任過多種職位，累積深厚資歷。Andrew BadgerAndrew Badger 曾是國防情報局（DIA）的案例官（case officer），並接受過 CIA 精英訓練計畫「農場（The Farm）」的專業培訓。他在第一線從事人力情報作業，包括 2014 年前往阿富汗支援美軍行動的部署任務。進入私人領域後，Badger 曾為麥肯錫顧問公司（McKinsey & Company）、德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）等全球企業提供地緣政治風險分析。他持有哈佛大學政府學學士、牛津大學外交研究碩士，並在牛津擔任研究員，講授國家主導的間諜活動相關課程。
