作者介紹 Stephanie Ashcraft was raised in Indiana. She received a bachelor's degree in family science and a teaching certificate from Brigham Young University. Stephanie loves teaching, interacting with people, and spending time with friends and family. She has taught hundreds of classes and appeared on hundreds of television and news programs all over the country sharing ways families can save time and money in the kitchen. Stephanie and her husband, Ivan, reside in Salem, Utah, with their five children.
