作者介紹 Sally Maslansky, LMFT, has been in private practice for twenty years in Chapel Hill, NC. She treats families, adoption, trauma, parenting, and adult individuals. Her training is in interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adult attachment interview (AAI), attachment theory, polyvagal theory practices, mindfulness, and the wheel of awareness practice. Foreword writer Daniel J. Siegel, MD, is a noted neuropsychiatrist, executive director of the Mindsight Institute, and associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine. He is author ofThe Developing Mind, The Mindful Brain, and other books, and is founding editor of the Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology.
