作者介紹
Fernanda Trías (Uruguay, 1976) es escritora, traductora y profesora de creación literaria. Es autora de las novelas Cuaderno para un solo ojo, La azotea y La ciudad invencible, y del libro de cuentos No soñarás flores. Sus libros se han publicado en Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, España, Francia, México y Uruguay, y próximamente también en Grecia, Inglaterra y Estados Unidos. Ha integrado numerosas antologías de nueva narrativa latinoamericana y sus relatos se han traducido al alemán, el inglés, el italiano, el hebreo, el francés y el portugués. Obtuvo la beca Unesco-Aschberg (Francia 2004), el Premio Fundación BankBoston a la Cultura Nacional (Uruguay 2016) y el premio SEGIB-Eñe-Casa de Velázquez. Su última novela, Mugre Rosa (2021) ha sido galardonada con el prestigioso premio Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz otorgado por la Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara, el Premio Bartolomé Hidalgo y el Premio Nacional de Literatura de Uruguay. Actualmente vive en Bogotá y es la escritora en residencia de la Universidad de los Andes.
