Path of the Golden Teacher Integrating MEDITATION with PSILOCYBIN and other psychedelics

This is the COLOR EDITION.Would you like to experience spirituality like yogis, mystics, and shamans worldwide have for millennia?Part One is a non-religious meditation guide with recommendations for using meditation to prepare for your psychedelic journey, to use during your journey, and to use as lifelong integration following your journey (or in between your future journeys). It is universal, and useable by people with various spiritual backgrounds. If you already have a preferred meditation path, you will find the concepts here easily applicable.Parts Two, Three, and Four offer guidance on how to responsibly and safely use psychedelics alone or with a sitter, without having to pay exorbitant fees to a psychedelic guide, therapist, or shaman. It includes specific instructions for growing psilocybin mushrooms and extracting DMT in the privacy and comfort of your home.It also explains microdosing for psychological wellness in detail, including determining your appropriate dosage. The "Golden Teacher" is not a person. It is the name of a popular strain of Psilocybe cubensis. The author was inspired to create this book and the online meditation program by the same name, in part, because of his experience with it.This book can be used alone or as a companion to the online guided meditation program by the same name, Path of the Golden Teacher, comprised of over fifty guided meditations and other informative videos. They offer an effective and complete meditation path even without the use of psychedelics. The book includes important reference materials for users of the online program. The specific meditation instructions are not included in the book, but it has important information about meditation to prepare you. It also includes a generous discount code for the online program.TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRODUCTIONThe Ancient WayMy ExperienceYour ExperiencePART ONE: THIS PATH OF MEDITATIONIntroductionContraindications for MeditationMeditation as a Protective MeasureIntegration MeditationSolitary Meditation Retreat PracticeSolitary Retreats with PsilocybinGroup Events with the AuthorSupport for Challenging Meditation ExperiencesSuggested ProgressionThe Foundational SeriesThe Cognitive SeriesThe Heart SeriesThe Transpersonal SeriesThe Space and Energy SeriesThe Deep Peace SeriesThe Nature of Mind SeriesThe Visionary Series (sky gazing, sun gazing, candle gazing similar to togal)The Sleep and Dream SeriesMeditation on the External ElementsUnion Practice/Sexual YogaPART TWO: THE PSYCHEDELIC JOURNEYIntroductionContraindications for PsychedelicsSupport for Challenging Psychedelic ExperiencesCautionary TalesHow to Journey Alone and WhyPreparationThe JourneyIntegrationHow to Journey with a SitterPART THREE: GROWING AND USING PSILOCYBINIntroduction to GrowingMaterials and EquipmentEquipment for Harvesting and StorageGeneral Timeline from Start to HarvestDetailed Instructions for GrowingDealing with MoldIntroduction to MicrodosingHow Determine Your Ideal MicrodoseHow to Test for PotencyUsing a Digital ScaleHow to Consume Your MicrodoseYour Microdosing ScheduleDaily Microdosing JournalHow to Determine Your Ideal Journey DoseHow to Consume Your Journey DoseBoosting Your JourneyBetter Than Ayahuasca or PeyotePART FOUR: CANNABIS & DMTCannabis with Meditation and PsilocybinJourneying with DMTHow to Extract DMTHow to Use DMTMy Journey with DMTPART FIVE: FINAL CHAPTERSReviews From the First MeditatorsReference Images for the Visionary SeriesConclusionAbout the Author
