Recipes from My Vietnamese Kitchen is a collection of recipes passed down through Uyen Luu's family. Uyen was born in Saigon and spent her childhood there before leaving Vietnam in the aftermath of the war. Popular recipes include pho soup, banh mi baguettes, and summer rolls.
作者介紹
Uyen Luu is a writer, cook, food and prop stylist, and photographer. She runs supperclubs and Vietnamese cooking classes in her London home, which have been featured in international press, including Elle, Glamour, Fox News and ABC News. She also writes about food, recipes and travel on her blog Love, Leluu, which receives over 10,000 visits per month. Her written work has appeared on JamieOliver.com and on Time Out, while her recipes have appeared in the Evening Standard.
