內容簡介
The Copperfield Artist Residency reopens for a spectacular season -- welcoming artists, musicians, and writers from all over the country for a summer that will change their lives forever.Ella Copperfield bit off more than she can chew this summer. There's the Nantucket Music Festival, the reopening of the artist residency, and her marriage to Will -- all in a matter of weeks. And then, Aurora Bills arrives to the residency and flips everyone's world upside down.Aurora is thirty-five years old, relatively homeless, and immensely talented. For years, she was the single caregiver for her mother, who suffered from schizophrenia up until her recent death. Now, Aurora is aimless and terrified of her mother's diagnosis -- one she's not sure she can escape. As Aurora dives into her music and painting at The Copperfield House, her mind plays horrible tricks on her, and she begins to think the Copperfield Family and the handsome fisherman who caught her eye are out to get her.But the Copperfield Family has seen their fair share of turmoil and heartache. As the summer season escalates, they rally around Aurora, offering assistance and love in a cruel and lonely world. Ella and Will have their happily ever after; and The Copperfield House is off to the races for a remarkable next era of artistic promise and hope.Dive into book seven of this women's fiction series set on the Island of Nantucket. It's a glorious world of beautiful beaches, frothing waves, cobblestone streets, and a beloved cast of characters. The series tells the story of the Copperfield Family, their return to Nantucket Island, and their healing after decades of pain and loneliness. Together, they can be better than ever before.
