作者介紹 Alan RosenthalAlan Rosenthal is a chef, recipe writer, cookery teacher and supperclub host. He has also launched a food brand in supermarkets and worked for Brindisa and Providores as well as heading up the food team at the recipe box company, Gousto. He is the author of Stewed! (2010), Ultimate One-Pot Dishes (2015) and Foolproof One-Pot (2021) and has been teaching one-pot cooking courses at Leith’s School of Food and Wine since 2010.
