內容簡介
內容簡介 The Practice Session Golf Diary is a journal designed for recording detailed notes for 101 practice sessions. The entries are divided into categories to help you record goals and swing thoughts for each practice session and assess how they worked, describe memorable shots to draw on for positive visualization in the future, document which swing thoughts do or do not work well for you, and assess each practice session and develop goals and swing thoughts for your next round. Complete this diary when you return home from each practice session. Review your entries periodically to help draw from positive moments in the past and to assess how your game is progressing and areas needing improvement.

作者介紹 Chris McMullen began playing golf in the Los Angeles area when he was 9 years old. He has since hit hundreds of thousands of golf shots (fortunately, not all in the same round!), played thousands of rounds of golf (but let's just count the good ones), played golf on dozens of courses in multiple states (to learn that the sport is just as frustrating anywhere), but after thirty years is still waiting to make his first hole-in-one (it's a shame that holing a second shot from two hundred yards in the rough doesn't count). A golf lover who played much competitive golf during his youth (yet the golf course always won), and who now plays leisurely when he gets the chance (and the golf course continues to win), Chris McMullen has developed and published a variety of golf books geared toward golf stats (hoping that we might learn something about our games from analyzing our rounds, so that the golf course might not beat us so badly).
