作者介紹 Author Natsume Soseki (1867-1916) was a scholar of British literature and a composer of haiku, kanshi, and fairy tales. His works have had a profound effect on subsequent Japanese writers, and from 1984 to 2004 his portrait appeared on the 1,000-yen note.
