作者介紹

作者介紹 Sara Laux Akin grew up building forts in the woods around her Wisconsin home. She is a hiker, forager, and skier and loves exploring the outdoors in her native Midwest. Her picture book Three Scoops and a Fig, illustrated by Susan Kathleen Hartung, was selected for Bank Street College's Best Books List and the Kansas State Reading List. Micha Archer was awarded a Caldecott Honor for her book Wonder Walkers and an Ezra Jack Keats Award for Daniel Finds a Poem, among several other acclaimed picture books she has written and or illustrated. Micha works in acrylics and collage using papers she both collects and makes with homemade stamps and layered tissue paper.
