The Night Before Christmas... Down South on the Farm
NIGHT BEFORE XMAS DOWN SOUTH O
內容簡介
ABOUT THE BOOK:
A southern spin on a Christmas classic!
If you love sweet tea, country charm, and Southern hospitality, The Night Before Christmas... Down South on the Farm is the festive read-aloud that you and your family have been waiting for.
When Country Claus comes to town, he trades in reindeer for a moo-crew, a sleigh for a tractor, and a glass of milk for some southern sweet tea. This version of Santa shows up in muddy boots, a hay-filled beard, and with a cornbread-loving herd of cows named Buttermilk, Biscuit, Gravy, and Meatloaf.
Written for children ages 3 to 8, this story captures the warmth of family traditions, the mischief of the holiday season, and the magic of Christmas (on the farm, of course). Parents and grandparents will appreciate the nostalgic nod to slower times, while young readers will laugh out loud at Country Claus's southern sayings and silly cow companions.
This book is perfect for:
- Holiday read-aloud at home or in the classroom
- Christmas Eve bedtime stories
- Kids who love farm animals and tractors
- Fans of Cajun Night Before Christmas, Bear Stays Up for Christmas, and Click, Clack, Ho! Ho! Ho!
Whether you grew up down South or just wish you had, this book brings the spirit of a simpler- and funnier- Christmas to life. Make it part of your family's annual Christmas tradition. This book is perfect for holiday gift baskets, school libraries, Pre-k to grade school classrooms, Southern-themed Christmas collections. It is ideal, and for anyone who believes that Christmas magic is made right at home, likely wrapped in a warm quilt with the ones you love most.
with farmers.
