Jane immersed herself in the lives of wild chimpanzees, naming them all and noting their distinct personalties, instead of just assigning them numbers. Over time, we see her evolve into an activist, championing the many endangered animals as well as the people who live alongside them.

作者介紹

作者介紹 Elizabeth CranfordElizabeth Cranford studied ecology and biodiversity at Victoria University in Wellington, NZ. After many years working in scientific research, she now works as a freelance author and editor of books and articles on ecology and natural history. She lives by the seaside in Adelaide.Magda BrolMagda Brol was born in Wroclaw, Poland, where she graduated with a degree in Business and Environmental Sciences. After a few years working in the City of London and the birth of her two little girls, Magda dived into the magical world of picture books and turned her passion for drawing into a dream job. Magda lives with her family in London. She enjoys walking her dog in the local woods, ice skating and rollerblading round the neighbourhood.
