作者介紹 ROBERT J. LARNER is an economist and Vice President of Charles River Associates, Inc., a Boston-based research and consulting firm. He has served as a consultant or expert witness in more than 50 antitrust cases, regulatory proceedings, and other kinds of litigation, and he has published numerous articles in journals such as American Economic Review and The Antitrust Bulletin. JAMES W. MEEHAN, JR., is Professor of Economics at Colby College. He has served as a consultant to the Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Bureau of Economics of the Federal Trade Commission, and his current research includes study of the economics of vertical mergers and the effects of the recent changes in the Department of Justice's merger guidelines.
