作者介紹 ANDREW J. WINNICK is Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Economics at Central State University in (Ohio). He has also been a visiting professor at San Francisco State University and the University of Maryland's European Division and has given invited lectures at more than thirty universities in the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands. Dr. Winnick has written widely on a variety of political economic policy areas, with a particular focus on issues relating to the distributions of income and wealth. Recently, a paper he authored was included in the book of readings, Families and Economic Distress: Coping Strategies and Social Policy.
