作者介紹 Saori Ichihara (@saori705) was born and raised in Japan before moving to Sweden. She has worked as a chef at various restaurants in Japan and Sweden, and from 2017-2022 ran Ichi, a Nordic-Japanese restaurant in Stockholm. She now works as a freelance chef, cooking and consulting on different projects.
