作者介紹 MATT ABDOO is a chef and restaurateur, who cut his barbecue teeth working on America's highly competitive barbecue circuit team Salty Rinse. Today, he is a frequent guest chef on the TODAY show and cofounder of restaurant Pig Beach in Brooklyn, NY. SHANE MCBRIDE is a graduate of the CIA and one of NYC's most accomplished chefs, having worked alongside acclaimed chefs at award-winning restaurants like Balthazar. He is currently the cofounder of restaurant Pig Beach.
