作者介紹

作者介紹 Umberto Bombana is the chef and founder of the famous 8� restaurants located in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Macao. After a training period at the Rex restaurant in Los Angeles, in 1993 he opened his own restaurant, Toscana, inside the Hotel Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong. In 2006 the Enoteca Regionale di Cavour appointed him world ambassador of the white truffle of Alba.
