She is an educator at George Brown Polytechnic and the author of eight award-winning cookbooks. With over 15 years of experience, Emily hosts private workshops, cooking classes, and guided tastings, educating industry and culinary professionals alike all about olive oil. She lives with her family in Victoria, BC.
