作者介紹 Christine Burke is a RYT (registered yoga teacher) with Yoga Alliance at the 800-hour-plus level. She opened Liberation Yoga in 2004, which appeared in the "Top 20 Yoga Studios In The World" by Travel + Leisure magazine and "Best Yoga Studio in LA" by LA Weekly. Her teaching has been featured in the LA Times as well as many online magazines and she is the creator of The Spiritual Mental Health Diet online course.
