作者介紹 @albert_cancook (aka Albert Niazhvinski) is one of the internet's most popular food content creators. Born and raised in Belarus, he moved to the United States in 2016. Initially, Albert pursued a career in hardware engineering, rising through the ranks to become a Senior Manufacturing & Production Engineer. However, cooking has always been his true calling. He's always cherished the moments spent cooking for friends, family, or just for himself. In 2020, the global shutdown caused by COVID-19 inspired Albert to begin sharing his cooking passion online. Now, his community boasts many millions of followers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Albert resides in Los Angeles, California.
