內容簡介
內容簡介 Cognitive reframing is a psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and or emotions are viewed. Cognitive reframing is the process by which such situations or thoughts are challenged and then changed. In this book, 'reframing' develops a channel to the unconscious, which becomes "the part of the person forcing him to do the behavior he consciously wants to change or prevents him from doing the behavior he consciously wants to be able to do."
