We are fortunate at Schedulefly that over 7,000 independent restaurants are our customers because it gives us access to so many amazing restaurant owners, and we love telling as many of their stories as we can. Twenty-one of them are featured in this book. All of them are very busy people, and were kind to offer their time to speak with us. They are not celebrity chefs and famous people. They are everyday owners who have built successful businesses and were willing to share their stories, their passion for the restaurant business, and lessons they've learned over the years. 作者介紹 Wil Brawley is one of the five guys at Schedulefly, a North Carolina-based restaurant employee scheduling software company started in 2007.
