作者介紹 John Henry Merryman (1920-2015) was the Nelson Bowman Sweitzer and Marie B. Sweitzer Professor of Law, Emeritus at Stanford University. Rogelio Pérez-Perdomo is a law professor at the Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas.
