作者介紹 ■作者簡介江洛洋江洛洋Raymond Kong,本港一位資深的行政總餅師和飲食顧問總監,從事烘焙業接近50年,曾先後任職多間5、6星級酒店,並與朋友合資開設家政中心,現為多間教育機構擔任糕餅做法講師和家政中心導師。Raymond KONG is an experienced and well-known pastry chef and cooking consultant in the bakery industry. In his 50 years of bakery life, he worked for a number of 5-star or 6-star hotels.
