作者介紹 ■作者簡介喬安娜．史柏莉（Johanna Spyri）原名喬安娜。惠瑟(Johanna Heusser)，生於瑞士寧靜的山城Hirzel，她家俯瞰優美的蘇黎世湖，山區優美的風光與純摯的民情，成為她創作本書的來源。她童年享用的簡單的食物，出現在海蒂與爺爺的餐桌上；她小時候的朋友，成了書中的配角。因此讀者能在書裡讀到豐沛的情感、自然的旋律、以及永遠洋溢的希望與愛。她的父親是村中的醫生，讓她得到很好的家庭教育。1852年，她嫁給一位年輕律師，搬到蘇黎世居住。由於丈夫的工作繁忙，無暇陪她，為了打發時間，她開始和朋友通信，被大家發現他頗有文采，因而鼓勵她從事創作工作。
