作者介紹 Henry Berry is an author of books on modern and postmodern culture as these cultural phases draw in elements of the past, transform these, and in so doing form the grounds for the future. A PASSION FOR INNOCENCE: SEX AND SEXUALITY IN THE PAINTINGS OF JOHN CURRIN follows his previous books THE PROGRESS OF MODERNITY - FROM REVOLUTION TO FADS and LET THERE BE LINKS - THE SOURCES AND NATURE OF INTERNET RELIGION. He is also a reviewer of art books from American and European publishers and nonfiction books on cultural studies, history, and other subjects from university presses. For more than 25 years, he has been active in the interrelated writing and publishing fields as a freelance writer and editor, publishing columnist, publishing consultant for independent publishers and authors, literary agent, and creative writing teacher. He has degrees in philosophy from Fairfield University and Georgetown University.
