In 1989, Faith No More truly broke through to stardom with the release of their top selling album "The Real Thing", which featured their breakthrough hit single "Epic". The band's next album,"Angel Dust" (1992), was also a huge success, and spawned the hit "Midlife Crisis", which attained a No. 1 hit position on the "Modern Rock Tracks" chart. Angel Dust is widely considered to be one of the most influential albums of the 90's.
After releasing their album "Album of the Year" (1997), Faith No More disbanded in April 1998, with band members working on their respective side projects. In 2009, Faith No More announced that they would be reforming for a European tour with the same line-up at the time of their breakup. This expanded to a yearlong tour of sold out shows, over several continents.
Filmed in the UK in 2009 at the start of their re-union tour, this concert recording displays the bands sonic energy and deft showmanship. This DVD is proof that it was a wise decision for Faith No More to reform, and legions of "faithful" fans can only agree!
